Terms & Conditions – Flooring Wholesale

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and interactions with Flooring Wholesale (flooringwholesale.co.uk). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. IntroductionFlooring Wholesale is an independent flooring wholesaler based at Unit 1 Downsbrook Trading Estate, Southdown View Way, Worthing, BN14 8NQ. We supply flooring products and accessories to both trade and retail customers, operating Monday to Saturday, 9am-5pm.
  1. Orders & Quotations
  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders can be placed online, by phone (01903 861 474), or email (sales@flooringwholesale.co.uk).
  • We recommend you do not book installers until your goods have arrived and been checked.
  1. Prices & Payment
  • All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless agreed otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
  1. Delivery
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £400 (inc. VAT). Standard delivery for orders under £400 is varied per product.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
  • Some remote areas may be subject to extended delivery times and additional charges.
  1. Returns & Cancellations
  • You may return goods within 365 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-measure items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • To request a return, contact us at sales@flooringwholesale.co.uk with your order details.
  1. Product Descriptions
  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur.
  • Samples are available on request to help ensure you are happy with your choice.
  1. Liability
  • Flooring Wholesale is not liable for any loss caused by late delivery, incorrect installation, or product misuse.
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
  1. Ownership & Risk
  • Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
  1. Trade Accounts
  • Trade discounts are available for qualifying customers. Contact us to apply for a trade account.
  1. Force Majeure
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
